Who is the PTA: - A group of dedicated and enthusiastic parents together with a representative from the Board of Trustees, our Principal, Deputy Principal and Teaching Staff.

Waikanae School PTA is not just about fundraising; it is a forum for creative and new ideas, networking with other parents, supporting Waikanae School financially and socially. The funds raised through the year support a range of activities, from class room and sports equipment to general facilities. This years funds will go towards Audio Visual Equipment for the New Block (Library/Music/IT/Hall).

This committee allows parents to show their appreciation in a small way, and we welcome all new parents to the group. Below is our schedule for our monthly meeting which is held in the staff room at 7.30pm. Here is your opportunity to come along and have your say and make Waikanae School a better place for our children and their future.

November Fri 13th Kapa Haka Morning Tea to be supplied by the PTA

Help for the above events will be required. Please check the website and also the school newsletter for your calling. You may express your interest by emailing the PTA committee and we will email you reminder close to the date.
