In order to claim your School Transport Assistance Allowance you will need to complete the Application form that is at the end of this newsletter. We have completed some areas for you to make it easy, but please ensure you fill out Section A.
Forms need to be returned to the Office with a verified proof of bank account (e.g. deposit slip, statement or screenshot of online banking) in order for the Ministry to approve your application and reimburse you for bus travel, so please ensure this is included!
A copy of this STA form can be found on our website or a printed copy can be collected from the Office. It is important that the STA form is returned to the Office by the end of March so that it can be authorised by the School and sent to the Ministry for payment. Payment is expected to be either during the school holidays or during the beginning of next term.
