Local Venues Permission Form
As you will be aware parents are often required to sign permission slips so that their child(ren) can take part in organised trips outside of the school. In order to improve the efficiency of getting permission for children to go on school activities and class trips outside of the school grounds, we have created a one off generic permission slip to cover all school activities at local venues for the year.
School Transport Assistance Application Form
This form needs to filled out by all families who want their children to obtain free travel on the North/South Beach Bus and Peka Peka Bus Services. A separate form needs to be completed for each child and then returned to the school office for processing.
