Michelle has been working at Waikanae School for the past 5 years. She has spent all of this time teaching in the Year 5/6 syndicate. In 2010 she took on the role of Acting Deputy Principal to which she was appointed permanently in September. Michelle is primarily responsible for curriculum delivery and special needs across the whole school.
