Secretary

UE, TCB Grade III

Diane has been our school secretary for over 17 years and is one of the longest serving members on the staff. She has witnessed many changes in the school during this time but she has always remained the rock around which the administration functions.

Receptionist

Jan is our front of office person and more or less picks up all the jobs that no one else does. She works closely with Diane to ensure our office runs smoothly. Her main responsibilities are looking after sick and injured children, chasing absences and sorting out invoices, bills and payments. She is also well aware of the issues of moving to a new school having moved her family from the UK to New Zealand in 2005.

Librarian and Resource Manager

Judy works in our Library and ensures that all of our books/resources for both students and teachers are easy to find and well maintained. The Library is a popular place at lunchtime, a place where students can find some peace and quiet during a busy day.

Caretaker

Life and Living

Peter is our Caretaker and is the person who keeps our school looking so good. His wide array of practical skills and diligence make for an attractive school environment. He starts his work very early in the morning and is often at school late into the evening.

Financial Assistant

Shirley is a member of the front office and works 1/2 days per week to keep our finances in order.
