The site requires a user name and password to gain access. The required user name is waikanae and the password is kapiti


How to Review a Policy

1.    Follow the blue link to "Schooldocs" and log in using the user name waikanae and password kapiti.

2.    Look for the red print and click on 'currently under review' . This is situated in the middle of the page.

3.    Select a policy and read it (by clicking on the red print).

4.    Read any supporting documents (by clicking on the red print).

5.    Click on the Review Policy button (top right of page, bold black print).

6.    Log in by entering the word  Parent on the drop down menu.

8.    Secondly write your name.

9.    Thirdly enter the Parent  passwords  pin

10.  Complete the response form.

If you are a Board or Staff Member you will require a different password. Please contact Diane or Bevan for the password.

For families without internet access a review form can be collected form the office.
